At Verve Record Store, we want you to love your sound; if your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with the shrink wrap intact for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Media
Carefully pack the records in their original specialized mailers to prevent warping or corner dings during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the vinyl, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
